Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a 16% handling and processing fee deducted from the refund total. This covers processing, inspection, restocking, and administrative costs.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates included. Custom, engraved, personalized, and final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process: Contact us with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. Await approval before shipping items back via tracked mail. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Damaged Items: Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or full refund.

⚠️ Chargebacks: All chargeback requests will be denied. Vexaro contests all chargebacks on delivered orders. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with your bank. Customers who initiate chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.
